Mojobricks Minis Smoke’n pound

On Saturday I smoked a brisket in a Pit Barrel Cooker, and tried a smoked baked bean recipe in a Weber. This is the 1st time I used Mojobricks, wow……what an explosion of flavors. I followed your recommendation of a competition cube and a mini cherry in each My guests were going crazy with the taste All I can say is Wow, thanks!

There is no need for a smoke box just place the Mini close to the heat. A heat shield in pellet grills, a heat plate in gas DSCN1446grills, or a flavorizing rail, and directly under the meat or fish in charcoal.
